For lips, usually people would do DIY using sugar but then,
some experts says that it is not very essential to use sugar to scrub on our lips because it contains ph level that can damage our natural lips.

The best solution is very cheap and simple. All you need is a
lip balm and a soft bristle toothbrush.

First u have to spread the lip balm on
your lips (like the usual way you would use a lip balm), and then just brush
your lips softly in circular motion (like the way you would brush your teeth. Like this:-
